Oscar Pistorius is a South African double amputee sprinter attempting to compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing China. He has been drawing some controversy with some saying that he has an unfair advantage with his prosthetic legs over the other runners.
When I read this story I immediately thought about the work being done by Stelarc. Below is his "Exoskeleton".
